Design & Usability
BlackCupid is a dating site that leaves much to be desired in terms of design and usability. The colors are drab, the layout is outdated, and it’s hard to navigate around the site. It almost feels like you’re stuck in an old-school web page from back when dial-up was still a thing!
The usability of BlackCupid isn’t great either – there are no clear menus or navigation options so finding what you need can be tricky at times. Even if you do manage to find something, chances are it won’t look very good on your screen since most elements appear stretched out or pixelated due to poor optimization for modern devices.
If you upgrade your subscription with BlackCupid then things don’t get any better – sure they offer some UI improvements but nothing major enough that would make up for all its shortcomings otherwise. In fact, many users have complained about how little has changed even after upgrading their accounts; making them feel like they’ve been taken advantage of by this company who promised more than delivered!
To put it bluntly: If I had my way I’d steer clear away from using BlackCupid unless absolutely necessary because frankly speaking there’s not much here worth writing home about other than disappointment and frustration…unless maybe if someone really likes retro designs?
