If you’re looking for support from Just Cougars, good luck! It was a huge disappointment when I tried to get help with my account. The response time is abysmal – if they even respond at all. There’s no page of frequently asked questions and the customer service reps don’t seem to know much about their own site or how it works.
I contacted them twice and both times got little more than an automated message telling me that someone would be in touch soon (which never happened). On top of that, there doesn’t appear to be any way for users who have had problems with other members on the site to report issues or seek assistance from moderators – not cool!
It seems like Just Cougars has forgotten one important thing: without its customers, it wouldn’t exist in the first place! If you’re hoping for some decent customer service here then think again; this isn’t your cup of tea. In fact, trying out Just Cougars might just leave a sour taste in your mouth – unless getting ignored by “support staff" is something you enjoy?
