When it comes to online dating, safety and security should be a top priority. Unfortunately, SwingTowns falls short in this area. While the app does have some basic verification processes for users – such as email or phone number authentication – there is no two-step verification option available that would add an extra layer of protection against bots and fake accounts. The photos are not manually reviewed either so you can’t be sure who you’re talking to on the other end of your conversation!
As far as privacy goes, SwingTowns has a decent policy but I wouldn’t say it’s anything special compared to other apps out there – nothing really stands out about their policies that make them stand above any others when it comes down to protecting user data from third parties or advertisers etc.. It seems like they just go through the motions with regards to keeping your information safe which isn’t exactly reassuring if you’re looking for something more secure than what most sites offer these days.
Overall, while I appreciate that SwingTowns offers some basic features related to safety and security (such as verifying emails/phone numbers), its lack of two-step authentication means users cannot rest assured knowing their account is protected from malicious actors trying gain access without permission; plus its failure at manual photo reviews leaves me feeling less than confident about whether my conversations are truly private or not… In short: swing away at your own risk!
