Design & Usability
Ah, UnitedFlirtingStates. What a disappointment! This dating site is like an eyesore – it’s got the colors of a bad acid trip and the usability of a broken website from 1998. It looks like they put all their effort into making sure you can find someone to date, but none into actually making it look nice or easy to use. The design is so clunky that I feel like I need two hands just to navigate around the page; forget about trying with one hand while holding your phone!
The color scheme makes me want to gouge my own eyes out – there’s bright pink everywhere (which would be fine if this was My Little Pony fan club) and neon green text on black backgrounds which gives me flashbacks from old video games in arcades back in ’99 when nobody knew any better than terrible UI designs were okay…thankfully we’ve come along way since then! And don’t even get me started on how difficult some of these features are for new users: why does signing up require entering five different pieces of information? Why do I have no idea what "flirtcoins" are supposed to do? Who thought having ads pop-up every time you click something was going make people happy?!
Speaking as an online dating expert who has seen many sites over the years, let’s just say that UnitedFlirtingStates could definitely use some improvements when it comes down its design and usability aspects. Sure maybe upgrading will give accesses more options such as being able customize profile settings etc., but honestly at this point most people won’t bother because they’ll already be turned off by how ugly everything looks before ever getting far enough into exploring what else might lie beyond those gaudy walls…if only they had taken more care with their aesthetics instead opting for obnoxiousness overload!!
