If you’re looking for support on BBWDatefinder, don’t bother. It’s a total bust! I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and have yet to get any kind of response – let alone one that was satisfactory. They claim they offer 24/7 customer service but it seems like the only thing they’re good at is making empty promises.
The website does have an FAQ page with some basic information about their services, but if you need help with something more specific or technical then forget about getting any real assistance from this site – unless your idea of “helpful advice” involves being told to try again later… which mine did (more than once). And even when I got through to someone after waiting forever in line, all my questions were answered by a robot-like voice who clearly had no clue what he was talking about! Not exactly confidence inspiring…
I hate having my time wasted so this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If there are other dating sites out there offering better customer service then why not just go elsewhere? That would be much easier than trying to deal with the unresponsive staff here at BBWDatefinder – trust me on that one!
