User Profiles
If you’re looking for a dating site that offers an intimate connection with someone in Hong Kong, then look no further than HongKongCupid. Unfortunately, this online dating platform is far from perfect and falls short of providing its users with the features they need to make meaningful connections.
First off, all user profiles on the website are public which means anyone can view them without signing up or creating an account – not exactly ideal if you want to keep your profile private! You also don’t have any control over who views your profile so it’s impossible to set custom bio settings like other popular sites offer. Plus there isn’t even a way to hide location info – every single person will know where you live before messaging each other! This could be seen as dangerous for those wanting some privacy when using such services.
Another issue I found was that there wasn’t any indication of how close two people were located geographically speaking; meaning finding someone nearby would take more time and effort compared to similar websites out there offering better options in terms of distance between potential matches. And while having a premium subscription does come with certain benefits (like being able see who viewed your profile), these aren’t enough incentive alone considering everything else lacking on the site itself…including fake profiles! Yes unfortunately during my testing phase I encountered quite few fakes pretending they were real people interested in making genuine connections but alas it was just another disappointment added onto what already felt like one big letdown after another…
All-in-all if given the choice again whether or not try out HongKongCupid? My answer would be “no thanks" because honestly why bother wasting precious time searching through lackluster profiles when clearly something much better exists elsewhere?
